Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the payment and refund terms for a subscription to the IT Abyss platform ("the Service"), available at itabyss.pro. It supplements Section 3 of the Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Access to paid materials is sold on a recurring subscription basis. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted at the payment provider's discretion.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

The subscription is recurring and renews automatically until you cancel it. Each new period is charged at the start of that period, at the price shown when you subscribed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the payment provider used (the Paddle customer portal for card payments; Tribute/Telegram for the Telegram subscription). Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. No refunds for paid periods

Once a period is paid, it is non-refundable, including any unused time. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a period.

5. Exceptions

A refund may be issued where required by applicable consumer-protection law, or in cases of a duplicate or erroneous charge or a confirmed technical failure that prevented access. For card payments, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and may apply its own refund and buyer-protection policy; Telegram subscriptions are handled by Tribute under its own terms.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, email kvalitskiiofficial@gmail.com with your account email address and the payment details. We will review the request within a reasonable time.

7. Chargebacks

Before opening a payment dispute with your bank, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of access to the Service.

8. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Georgia.
