What does the program print?

print(f"{qty}x{price:.2f}={qty * price:.1f}")

3x3.14=9.4

Expecting 3.1 for {price:.2f}, as if 2 counted all digits: .2f means two digits after the decimal point, so 3.14159 shows as 3.14.
Expecting 9.0, as if an int times a float dropped the fraction: qty * price is about 9.425, and .1f keeps one decimal, 9.4.
