Expecting if (strpos(...)) to catch every match: a match at the start gives the position 0, which is falsy, so the else branch runs.
Expecting str_contains to share that trap: it returns only true or false, so a match at the start is still true.

How would you rewrite the if so that it works correctly with strpos?
